Come and join us on this leisurely 2.5 mile (approx) stroll around Stockport Town Centre. Whilst solving the clues, you will learn about the history and the people of the area.
This is a walking activity starting outside the Merseyway shopping centre entrance (A6 side) . It is approximately 2.5 miles in length and will take about 2.5 hrs to complete. The route sticks mainly to footways and pedestrianised areas, but does involve crossing some roads. Please use the nearest official pedestrian crossing point when doing so.
You don’t need a map just solve the clues and the directions will lead to the finish. A Buffet will be avaiable from 3pm at the finish point
The Treasure Hunt will start between Noon and 12.30 at Mersey Square (In front of Merseyway Shopping Centre, Stockport)
Once all the teams have arrived at the finish point, all the answers to the clues will be revealed and the winners announced!
